Boat Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our inventory and the substantial resources invested in the preparation and delivery of each vessel, all boat sales are deemed final upon execution of the purchase agreement and/or receipt of payment. No returns, cancellations, or refunds shall be permitted under any circumstances.
Buyer Acknowledgment and Due Diligence
Prior to the completion of any sale, all vessels undergo a comprehensive inspection and functionality assessment. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own independent inspections and/or sea trials, at their sole cost and discretion, to verify the condition and suitability of the vessel.
Disclosure and Documentation
The seller shall provide available documentation including, but not limited to, service history, condition reports, and vessel specifications. While all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the seller makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those expressly stated in the final bill of sale.
Post-Sale Support (Non-Binding)
Although not required under the terms of sale, the seller may, at its discretion, provide post-sale assistance, including guidance with respect to vessel title, registration, referrals for service providers, and general maintenance recommendations. Such support is offered solely as a courtesy and shall not constitute a modification of the final sale terms.
Contact and Dispute Resolution
Any post-sale inquiries or concerns may be directed to our customer service department. The parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes informally prior to initiating formal proceedings, subject to the governing law and venue provisions set forth in the applicable purchase agreement.
